Casey McPherson

Casey McPherson is an entrepreneur and accomplished singer songwriter. His accolades include two #10 US hits, #10 video on VH1, and performed globally for hundreds of thousands of fans. In 2020, Casey founded The To Cure A Rose Foundation and Everlum Bio, the first rare disease CRO for personalized genetic treatments. 

After Rose’s diagnoses, Casey spent months learning genetics, drug development, and biotech business. He has a vast network of executives, drug developers, academics, and scientists in rare disease that he works with regularly. As Casey puts it, “Drug development is not unlike the music business. It takes grit, humility, creativity, and courage to stay laser focused on your goal.” He and his team have designed several drug products in development. 

Casey lives in Austin, Texas where he is the father of Weston and Rose. Casey enjoys sailing, hiking, and surfing when he’s not hunting for treatments and innovating for children with rare genetic diseases. Casey speaks at conferences across the US on this subject, and has been featured in various articles.
